Day 23

Isaiah 60
The Glory of Zion

10 "Foreigners will rebuild your walls,
and their kings will serve you.
Though in anger I struck you,
in favor I will show you compassion.

11 Your gates will always stand open,
they will never be shut, day or night,
so that men may bring you the wealth of the nations-
their kings led in triumphal procession.

12 For the nation or kingdom that will not serve you will perish;
it will be utterly ruined.

13 "The glory of Lebanon will come to you,
the pine, the fir and the cypress together,
to adorn the place of my sanctuary;
and I will glorify the place of my feet.

14 The sons of your oppressors will come bowing before you;
all who despise you will bow down at your feet
and will call you the City of the LORD ,
Zion of the Holy One of Israel.

10 外邦人必建築你的城牆、他們的王必服事你．我曾發怒擊打你、現今卻施恩憐恤你．

11 你的城門必時常開放、晝夜不關、使人把列國的財物帶來歸你、並將他們的君王牽引而來。

12 哪一邦哪一國不事奉你、就必滅亡、也必全然荒廢。

13 利巴嫩的榮耀、就是松樹、杉樹、黃楊樹、都必一同歸你、為要修飾我聖所之地．我也要使我腳踏之處得榮耀。

14 素來苦待你的、他的子孫都必屈身來就你．藐視你的、都要在你腳下跪拜．他們要稱你為耶和華的城、為以色列聖者的錫安。
